STMCP is a professional Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server management platform that provides:
- Visual interface for managing MCP Server instances and configurations
- One-click deployment and management of MCP Servers
- Configuration templates and version control
- Real-time monitoring and logging capabilities
- Integration with development tools and platforms
- Community features and marketplace for MCP resources
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current

Open Source
Certain components of STMCP are open source and subject to their respective licenses. These licenses are available in our documentation and source code repositories.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"). However, by using the Service, you grant us certain rights:
- A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Service
- The right to backup, store, and transmit your User Content
- The right to make your public content available to other users
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the right to use all User Content
- Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STMCP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
- COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES
- ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STMCP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your User Content
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any illegal or unauthorized use of your account
13. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time:
- You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms
- We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
- We may delete your account and User Content after a reasonable period
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
14. Governing Law
